Jessica Morales is a patient care coordinator in our Rockville, MD hearing center. She was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD, and she is currently in school for billing and coding at Devry University. Before coming to work at Live Better Hearing + Balance, Jessica managed a primary care physician's office in Silver Spring.
In her free time, Jessica loves trying new foods and is a voracious reader. An old soul, she and her friends call her the "grandma of the friend group." Her love of helping others makes her a perfect fit for our company; her personal motto is, "If I can at least make one person smile, I am happy for the rest of the day."
