Lawrence Thigpen is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at our Midlothian and Mechanicsville, VA hearing centers. He holds an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences Medical Assisting, Summa Cum Laude from Centura College. With a wealth of experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, his main interests include hearing evaluations and hearing aid consultations, hearing aid fittings and programming, providing communication strategies for patients and their families, performing real ear measurements and instrument maintenance. He enjoys speaking with patients to find out more about their daily life to help recommend the best course of treatment. He also leads a VCU program for children in the community with hearing loss called CAMP C.H.A.T.
In his spare time, Lawrence enjoys listening to music, watching movies, cooking, working out, traveling, painting and spending time with family and friends.
